"Makenna and Veronica, insurance account representatives at this agency, have been reliably helpful, friendly, conscientious, and effective when I have contacted them. They really want to help, and they go above and beyond. I can heartily recommend dealing with them.
That said and affirmed, one general heads-up from recent experience: Earlier this year, State Farm corporate sent me a mailed notice that I needed to have my primary dwelling re-roofed to maintain coverage, and I missed seeing that notice, as I was out of town when it was sent, and it apparently escaped my attention in the welter of accumulated mail. So, *whomever* you do your insurance business with nowadays, I recommend checking your mail (or email, if that's the way you get notices) very carefully and on a regular basis, as renewal of accustomed coverages and policies is not a given."
